I think their website is terrible, communication on board needs to be improved, activities need to be improved. Disappointed in problem-solving with the guest service manager. He needs lessons in public relations. Based on this experience I will not recommend Norwegian Cruise line.

This was our 5th NCL cruise and so many things bothered us and were not up to our standards. We have never been said "no" to on any other cruiseline and this cruise we were alwyas told "no" or not accommodated so many times.

Overall a good trip. Hope they get their act together with the Bar Service, it was very annoying. Also need to improve the Main Dining rooms, the Buffet was better.

Ship has a line for everything. Prefer smaller ships.

Highly disappointed with Norwegians lack of communication considering they had major issues and I was not contacted regarding the changes of itinerary. I actually had to contact them after seeing the news. I also have not received any information about the things promised to compensate for the changes.

Enjoyed NCL very much...the food and entertainment were great.

Due to mechanical issue with the ship our 7 day cruise was turned into a 5 day cruise with only two port visits, one to Nassau (unscheduled). There was no communication to us until 4 pm the night before scheduled boarding. I feel that was unacceptable.

After multiple attempts to reach RAY COLGLAZIER by phone and voicemail both during and after his recorded working hours,I tried another member without success. After arrival at the ship we stood in line to check in for 2 1/2 hours. Arrival at our cabin was a disappointment with a stool closet(fancy outhouse) on one side and a shower closet on the other. This left the sink in the bedroom and all privacy for dressing gone. The big design element for the room was a curved wall without room for one person to pass by the other without one climbing on a bed. The bed was made as a double and not the two singles requested. After told touring the ship we tried to make dinner reservations at one on the special dinning rooms but were told they were completely booked for the entire trip. We were suppose to have three complimentary vouchers we could not use. Once under way we sailed towards Tortola until motor trouble and lost an engine. This necessitated a trip to San Juan rather then the scheduled Tortola or St Thomas. While in San Juan we took a trip to the rain forest, which they charged to Anita after asking to charge individually, and put the $50 credit on my account, giving me a credit with no cash value. The remaining port vouchers we were suppose to get were gone as well because we sailed back to port Canaveral at 11.7 knots, skipping the Bahamas. We arrived some 12 hours late back at port requiring a change in travel plans. The cruise missed all ports scheduled, it was crowded to the point of uncomfortable, unable to deliver any promises made with miserable accommodations. They said there would be a refund credit I have not seen but kept the letter stating it.

Norwegian chose to leave Port Canaveral 2/9/19 without informing the passengers that the ship was having mechanical issues. This was done to avoid having to give refunds to all passengers. Instead they waited until the 2nd day at sea to announce we had mechanical problems. They canceled all of our scheduled stops and limped in to Puerto Rico where the ship hit and destroyed 2 concrete mooring causing damage to the ship. After 24+ hours at Puerto Rico they announced the ship was repaired and we would be heading to Great Stirrup Cay. The next day at sea we were informed the ship still had mechanical issues and we had to try and make it back to Port Canaveral without stopping in the Bahamas. We got an announcements that it would be Sunday night instead of Saturday morning before we got back to Port Canaveral. This was a nightmare for passengers with flights home because everyone was trying to make new flights only to have Norwegian change our arrival time 2 more times. We finally ported around 3pm Saturday 2/16/19.

Ship had problems, but NCL has taken great care of us.

We have sailed with NCL two other times and we were very pleased with both cruises. This was disappointing. But, we were safe, the food was good, the entertainment was fun, and the weather was amazing. We were hoping to have a kickback, restful cruise and we did. It certainly could have been a lot worse. I do think that the communication was terrible. People were finding out from Social Media what was happening on our ship before we knew. The Captain did not communicate with us very often and when he did, he was hard to understand. I appreciate the offer of 100% credit for a future cruise, but I have not seen in writing what that actual amount will be.

we will never go on another ncl cruise becuase we dont like to have to pay extra for so many things, like corkage fee, room service, shows, $39.00 bingo. didnt like being nickle and dimed to death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved it! Really a fun and educational experience. Big boat but after a couple of days things settled down and was great.

Probably would not sail on the Epic again. Overall we enjoyed our vacation, but there were things that could be improved upon. Nothing to truly spoil our time aboard, but will look for other ships.

Norwegian Epic was a great cruise of the western Caribbean.

Cruise was awesome. Balcony sucked for the $$ we paid. Again not NCLs fault. Totally Marriott. Do your homework before booking specific rooms.

After 22 cruises, we would rate this in the top 5 as far as smooth sailing, but a bit lower as far as ship design and layout. We had a wonderful time.

We were delighted with all the free perks we got when we booked through American Airlines, and enjoyed every dining venue, our room was beautiful, although small, we thought the bar lines would be bad but they weren't and we truly enjoyed everything. NCL Epic holds 4000 passengers, and the ship was full, but we didn't really notice crowding since everything on the ship is beautifully spread out. Will definitely go back.

i had a accident in mexico, i triped on a step on the sidewalk and had hurt my right leg perty bad. the people around me at that time gave me first aid and one gentleman walked me back to the ship. i told the crew at the ship that i had got hurt out in town and that i needed medical help i was told to go the 10 deck i went however no medical personal sign on door office hours 8am to 9am and 6pm to 7pm door was locked ,end no medical
