Review summary

I think their website is terrible, communication on board needs to be improved, activities need to be improved. Disappointed in problem-solving with the guest service manager. He needs lessons in public relations. Based on this experience I will not recommend Norwegian Cruise line.

Dining Room’s were good. Buffet was crowded and food didn’t seem fresh. Hot foods were just warm.

Onboard Activities

Dance lessons, line dancing, ping pong, games...too crowded area, difficult to understand leaders, activity should be at least 30 minutes long, not 15 minutes

Beatles impersonaters were the best. Epic shows were offensive. Musicians were good

All this person has done is complain, I feel like they did not do any research and are not happy about anything. I have been on this ship and on the excursions and it was all good. Yes, the bathroom is a strange setup but nothing that wasn’t stated on any thread talking about the Epic, so a little research would help. Sounds like Carnival would be an option.
