Review summary
Overall this was not the best experience, mostly because we found the service lacking. We didn’t meet our cabin steward for SEVERAL days, often had a hard time getting any one’s attention in a bar (even when not busy), and found a lot of staff to be at best inattentive and at worst downright rude. The layout of the ship meant you were frequently funneled through the casino and exposed to cigarette smoke, which was really off putting. The food was good, especially at the specialty restaurants, and it was vacation, so we were still glad to be there. The staff and the spa was very nice and the fitness center was great.Ship experiences

Ship tip
It is hard to avoid walking through the casino, and therefore, hard to avoid cigarette smoke. If you’re very sensitive, this could be a big issue for you.
