We have sailed with NCL two other times and we were very pleased with both cruises. This was disappointing. But, we were safe, the food was good, the entertainment was fun, and the weather was amazing. We were hoping to have a kickback, restful cruise and we did. It certainly could have been a lot worse.
I do think that the communication was terrible. People were finding out from Social Media what was happening on our ship before we knew. The Captain did not communicate with us very often and when he did, he was hard to understand.
I appreciate the offer of 100% credit for a future cruise, but I have not seen in writing what that actual amount will be.

Very nice! We did not go tho any specialty restaurants this cruise and we were fine with the other choices. O'Sheenans has our favorite Chicken Wings.

Considering the circumstances with our ports being cancelled, the staff performed with great calmness and excellent customer service. Our room steward, Netranie was wonderful.

Everything was spotlessly clean. We have sailed on the Jade and the Pearl. I much prefer the layout of those ships. I realize this ship is much bigger, but everything felt crowded. The atrium area was always overflowing with people and it was hard to even find a seat for the activities. 4,00 people on board and maybe 200 chairs in the atrium?
Cabin / Stateroom

Crazy layout! Really did not like the bathroom with the split shower, toilet, sink! My husband's feet hung off the bed and we had step aside to pass each other in the cabin!
Scary! We wewre told to take our luggage and wait at the Bliss Lounge When we arrived there it was already crowded and none of the guests were very happy. It was wall to wall people and the elevators kept opening filled with passengers and no place for them to exit the elevator. At one point someone started chanting, "get us off!" It was a frightening moment. We were really glad when things started moving and we could exit the ship. It was nice that they staff had bottles of water for us as we exited.
