Review summary
Norwegian chose to leave Port Canaveral 2/9/19 without informing the passengers that the ship was having mechanical issues. This was done to avoid having to give refunds to all passengers. Instead they waited until the 2nd day at sea to announce we had mechanical problems. They canceled all of our scheduled stops and limped in to Puerto Rico where the ship hit and destroyed 2 concrete mooring causing damage to the ship. After 24+ hours at Puerto Rico they announced the ship was repaired and we would be heading to Great Stirrup Cay. The next day at sea we were informed the ship still had mechanical issues and we had to try and make it back to Port Canaveral without stopping in the Bahamas. We got an announcements that it would be Sunday night instead of Saturday morning before we got back to Port Canaveral. This was a nightmare for passengers with flights home because everyone was trying to make new flights only to have Norwegian change our arrival time 2 more times. We finally ported around 3pm Saturday 2/16/19.Embarkation
