Bad ship overall experience and rooms not comfortable. We will not sail ever again on the Epic, and would thing it twice before sailing again with NCL. In Livorno, the process of getting off the ship was awful. No crowd control at all. It was a big mess

We enjoyed our second cruise on the Epic but this time with Marseille, Corfu ad Trieste that were included in the 8-day cruise out of Barcelona.

fantastic adventure, beautiful places and extraordinary crew on the Epic.... i opted for the 75 dollar gift card after disembarkation, but still have not received it , can someone please reach out... thank you.

I chose this cruise because the ports were amazing. I knew in advance the ship was homely, I was shocked at how poor of shape this ship actually was. I still had hope because of all the wonderful things I had heard of the NCL food. I was misled there, also. The food was terrible, and I'm not a "foodie". It was my first and last time on NCL. There are way too many wonderful cruise line options to ever chance this company again.

The overall rating for this review of three is falsely inflated by the good ratings of the ports that had nothing to do with Norwegian. I would not recommend Norwegian cruise lines, and I don’t plan to use them again.

Ship was fine, but disappointed in Norwegian as somehow they gave away one of our cabins (their fault) and were not able to fix this....offered absolutely NOTHING to make this right. Left very bad taste in our mouth...not sure will travel with Norwegian again.

The customer service was exceptional, the food was far beyond expectations and we had such calm seas!

The improvements about items listed would be beneficial to all cruisers. However, the GRAFFITI posted at some ports, in every countryside, and every city is in my opinion the biggest offense to all people visiting the Mediterranean Ports. If it were artistic in nature, it would fit in perfectly with all the beautiful art in Europe.

I will not take another Norwegian cruise very disappointed. Also, I won’t book again, very disappointed in the service that was provided. We never would receive a call back from our travel agent.

We loved all the ports. we were able to see so much history and get to see the country. Great way to see a lot in a little time.

Myself and my family members will never sail on NCL again!!! We never got $300 shipboard credit we were supposed to get and guest services could care lass that we were so frustrated. We were going to purchase Cruise Next but will never get them again!! We spent 15k on this cruise and they didn’t care enough to keep a customer for a shipboard credit of $300. Horrible service!!! They did away with all the little things they did in the past. Barely get a meh!

Great experience overall. Livorno port cannot be walked and ncl never made this clear.

Ports were amazing! The majority of the crew on the EPIC were amazing! Food was great in taste and garden cafe! Cagney I was a bit disappointed. Not amazing. The Italian speciality restaurant was exceptional! Made our anniversary very special!

Overall, we love cruising the Mediterranean but we missed a lot of the usual customer service on this trip. I requested assistance several times for issues and each time it was a hassle and most times never resolved. I always thought that the staff/crew was what set cruises to a higher level beyond a resort or all inclusive and was therefor why we spent our money on cruises. That is, sadly, no longer the case. We will rethink our future plans.

My family of four had an amazing time! Looking forward to next year’s cruise!

The entire trip went well. I signed up for this cruise because United sent me an email regarding getting a large sum of frequent flier miles to my united account. However nothing has posted yet. I am pleased with the service provided by the unites cruise help desk initially. However after I booked my trip, it was very difficult to get a hold off someone as the assigned person to my account has kept changing almost every month and I lost track of who to contact.

The embarkation process in Barcelon was a nightmare. Reservation times were meaningless and the check in process was very disorganized. Once you are on the ship the service is great

We generally liked the ports of call and had a really good time ashore. The cruise had only one sea day and we usually like such times.

Too many bad experiences to describe in detail. In summary, being nickel and dimed on everything, and being told multiple times by Norwegian staff when we tried to get service that "It's not their department". Also having to wait in line for Guest Services and dining venues also contributed to the very bad experiences on the cruise. Norwegian definitely did not earn our business on this cruise, or repeat business from us in the future.

Great experience. Staff was awesome. Great itinerary.
