Review summary
Myself and my family members will never sail on NCL again!!! We never got $300 shipboard credit we were supposed to get and guest services could care lass that we were so frustrated. We were going to purchase Cruise Next but will never get them again!! We spent 15k on this cruise and they didn’t care enough to keep a customer for a shipboard credit of $300. Horrible service!!! They did away with all the little things they did in the past. Barely get a meh!Embarkation
