Review summary

Ports were amazing! The majority of the crew on the EPIC were amazing! Food was great in taste and garden cafe! Cagney I was a bit disappointed. Not amazing. The Italian speciality restaurant was exceptional! Made our anniversary very special!

We spent most of our time onboard at the adult pool. The pool is warm and not refreshing. No wait staff and if there was they were usually standing around at the top. Didn’t look like they wanted to be there. The rest of the staff everywhere on the ship was amazing! Not sure why the adult pool was such a mess.

We spent most of our time when onboard in the adult pool which was in my opinion poorly managed. No wait staff especially on at sea day. Food and dishes piled up everywhere. No music and the pool isn’t refreshing. It was as hot as the hot tub. The rest of the ship is very clean. Not sure why the adult pool isn’t taken care of.
