Review summary

The entire trip went well. I signed up for this cruise because United sent me an email regarding getting a large sum of frequent flier miles to my united account. However nothing has posted yet. I am pleased with the service provided by the unites cruise help desk initially. However after I booked my trip, it was very difficult to get a hold off someone as the assigned person to my account has kept changing almost every month and I lost track of who to contact.

We were not informed that there were shuttle services to cruise so we had to walk from the train station on a hot day. We ended up to a wrong terminal and had to restart walking. This was not fun at all with our luggage.

The ship was well designed. Even though no smoking is allowed other than the designated spots, I saw a person smoking in the dining area. I also reported the incident the crew there and nothing happened. Then I went back to the guest services and reported it but still nothing happened and no one contacted me.
