Review summary

The fee for the wifi is out of control. That and the lack of/poor customer service at ncl.com is/was the final straw that I will probably not take another NCL cruise. They over charged me for the wifi, and they just don't care. I can't even get a receipt for what I paid from them.

If no one shows up after 20 minutes, then the lounger is yours, remove what may be on the chair, and have a seat.
