Review summary

Smell like trash,food was horrible, the service is not good.Not a friendly cruise excursion staff.We had a couple's massage and we sign up for a facial for $39.00 each and it's only a demonstration Horrible!All the filipino were great!!We will not reccomend this Norwegian Epic!!!!

We’ve been on the Epic, didn’t have a terrible time but did find it didn’t flow well and seemed overly crowded. We always invest in the drink package, that helps makes any unpleasantries not as unpleasant. Haha 🛳️

I had a great time when I was on the Epic. My only concern was the odd cabin arrangement of shower and toilet. I had great food, good service, so I'm still going to say that a cruise is what you make of it. If you spend your entire cruise grumbling about petty issues, the o ly one to blame for a bad cruise is yourself.
