Review summary

Our air reservations were unsatisfactory. We had a 6 hr. Layover on the way home in Philadelphia and was never notified of the change from 4 hrs.

Pools were too small for the amount of people on board. Unless you got to the pool early, there were no seats available

Waiters were awesome. Room steward was very nice but never cleaned our room until late in the day. No complaints!

Lighting is terrible. Tub was a little difficult to climb out of. A few things were falling apart...need some updates, but overall, very comfortable.

We had an excursion booked, but by now we were exhausted and did not want to deal with the crowds. So we opted to sit in the hot tub instead while ship was near empty.

Thanks for the review. I always book my flights separate from my cruise. It allows me more control to choose amount of stops, seating etc… the cruise line doesn’t control the airline communication.

Using the cruise line for flights rarely gets you good options. They get the cheapest flights for a reason, bad times, longer layovers. Do yourself a favor and book them yourself. Far less headache.
