Review summary

even with bad weather - the ship is too big with too many people! It felt like a "cattle call" with no personalization other than the cabin steward - ship not prepared for rain everyday. 2 Spa appointments were messed up at the spa desk - 2nd time I was over charged, which I had to correct, and the service was not performed as advertised with no explanation Never again! Charges for everything -and then some -not reasonable -felt like being in Vegas--with no class or style anywhere-Daily news was poorly written with incomplete information on daily schedule!!!

first appointment was not honored. i got there early and was told to relax in one of the heated chairs and they would come get me. They never came to get me and i went looking and it was too late at night to honor my appointment. 2nd time i booked the special, the room and towels were cold, i was charged $10 too much and did not get the exfoliation as the package said I would have. I was told my skin was too cold !!???!!

Pro tip. Don’t do to the Mediterranean in November and expect summer weather. I’m positive the little sundries shop on the ship had 1. Advil/ Tylenol 2. Throat drops 3. NyQuil type product 4. Salt to gargle after that there’s no such thing as a magical cure.

The Epic is fun! I have not had these problems either of the two times I sailed. And, your locations are incredible ones. Hopefully your enjoyed something!

We have sailed on the epic twice me my wife and daughter and never have we felt there wasn't room to move in the cabin and as for the size of the ship it's a big ship did you not notice that at the time of booking your cruise and instead of only trying the shops for something for your throat did you not think to go see the ships doctor or go to a chemist when the ship was docked somewhere and as for telling people on here not to go on it just because you had a bad time well that's just nasty next time dont book a large ship and don't go if your unwell spreading all your sickness about.
