Review summary

We really feel like we were shammed by Norwegian, As seniors we paid a lot of money for the haven with the expectations of having the wonderful experience we enjoyed on the getaway. We got no embarkation or disembarkation benefits at all, instead of being escorted to our busses we were turned loose in the epic theater to stand in extremely long to get off and getting back on was a joke. Then to have to pay a taxi after having paid for transfers to airport was the final humiliation. Norwegian just lost once a year travelers

no comparison to the jade or the getaway, buffet was poor but so crowed you could never get to the food and finding was impossible

Again far below what we were accustomed to on other Norwegian ships. service was really poor at cagneys waited 15 minutes to get anything then got wine after appetizers and never refilled water

NEVER book a Haven suite and expect many perks .on the getaway they escorted us completely to our bus excursions here they just cut us loose with the masses

worst experience in all of our cruising. supposed to disembark first at 5:30, they forgot to send all of the peoples bags down, we received them at 7:15 they then told us to get on the wrong bus, had to get off and went to next bus where a young man wanted my ticket which was booked by the haven and we would not let us board. by now it was 8:00 and we finally took a taxi

This is NOT true. The Haven is wonderful. You have to listen to the instructions the Haven provide and you will know how to access all the benefits. Also, when getting to the terminal for embarkation, you need to find the Haven stand. They will promptly confirm your reservation and walk you straight thru everything & place you in the Haven waiting area. Then you priority board.
