The cruise ship itself was very modern-looking the entertainment was not there the ship seem to shut down by 10 every night except for the last night. Service was okay not amazing reservations for everything bartenders will ignore you for a long time Productions were good music and comedy not so much hot tubs were not very warm

Well in the Manhattan I was seated with dirty silverware just so happens a manager walked by asked how I was enjoying my night I had just got there. So i showed her my silverware she apologized brought me new silverware that was also dirty when I brought her back to the table she apologized finally brought me clean silverware then after dinner she went to the tables around us asking us how their meal was avoiding our table I guess I don't blame her after that.

All pools close at 8 or 9pm rock wall is only open a few hours a day all entertainment must be booked ahead of time including entertainment game all arcades or self entertainment is extra ie bowling darts pool table. All food ends at 11 only one restaurant open after that with a limited menu. All inside entertainment ends at 10 except for Bliss nightclub and a piano bar only other source of music/entertainment is on Deck 15 outside always cold and windy usually shut down early. The buffets for the omelet stations aren't on ice a lot of their products are not on ice was hesitant to eat a lot of food on the buffet

Comedy Act was horrible the gentleman did shadow puppets on the wall and balloon animals drawing pictures of flowers more like a kids magic show. Only two sources of music after 10 p.m. or you can hang out in the lobby all shows are done in the lobby instead of the theater Cirque du Soleil is done in a little room instead of the theater if you're seated in the round part of the room you cannot see. only half the production. They have no music in the adult section and allow kids in there after 8 p.m. they look for out of eight elevators on Port days 4 guests of a higher class so you are standing in front of an elevator for a long time unless you have a suite or up

Cabin was very nice up-to-date very modern-looking balcony was big bathroom was in a very odd place next to the door and the door is glass so if you order room service hope you're not in the washroom while the person answers the door other than that situation you must have your key card in the little slot to use the lights this became a bit of an issue a couple times the system was horrible other than that room was very nice
Ship tip
Get premium seating for Circus it is worth it wish I would have. If you can upgrade to a suite do it better elevator service
Took the hop-on hop-off bus around the whole island it was beautiful the large castles were beautiful and the bus was only 14 euros also had a very large shopping mall next to the port
They make you get off of the ship by 9 a.m. you have to be out of your room by 8 a.m. if you have a plane to catch say at 3 p.m. and transfers through them you still must leave the ship at 9 a.m. and sit in the airport other companies do not make you do this you can stay on the ship until 3 or 4 in the afternoon then there was no Direction of where my transfer was to meet I had to go around and ask several people to find out where my bus was again it was a transfer through the ship
