The stops were great and so much to take in and see. Boat was okay but we were disappointed in the food and dining for 75% of the time. Didn't have time to use spa but it looked nice. Internet was a big issue or lack thereof.
Embarkation

Embarkation was very easy
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Buffet - did not have enough seating room for breakfast. Every day was a 'hunt' to find a place to sit down.
Food was average / good on buffet breakfast - never ate buffet dinner
The Moderno and Tepanyanki was great as a specialty restaurant. Food was excellent and great service. Tepanyaki had the best filet and shrimp of any place
Cagney's was disappointing. We have eaten at Cagneys several times on other visits and this one was very average and service was average at best.
Dining Room-sometimes okay but on late reservations 8:30 we were delayed until 9:20 and then the service was awful and half staffed. Food wasn't very good either at 'Taste' I was sooo disappointed in the main dining room services this time.
O'sheehans - has gone done in menu choices since we were on the last NCL. They use to offer a better variety of 'appetizers' and entrée selections...they should bring back the 'fried cheese' and other desired items.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Too many shore excursions on this venue so the only thing I visited was the pool one day. The game shows were average at best.
Internet was not working decently most of the time and even though you logged off it would continue sucking your minutes. The head computer gal was awesome about fixing that problem and giving you the minutes back but then most of the time you couldn't connect to the internet so I couldn't get any serious contract work done....very disappointing....l didn't get any credit for my 150 minutes that I know of though I asked for it.

Entertainment
2 out of 5
The production shows 'Priscilla-Desert Queen' was disgusting for a family cruise ship. Music was good but the theme and vulgar language was unacceptable. 'Burn the floor' was good music but not what I would consider 'family worthy' shows
Children's Programs
No kids
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
They were all nice. None of the staff really goes 'out of their way' to be awesome though.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Common areas clean and maintained. Not enough bathrooms in public areas. To look like such a large ship it felt small inside.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
For a mini suite it was VERY small. The patio door was hardly slideable - so it was a chore to use the balcony. Sink and shower didn't drain well....It was reported and last 2 days of cruise the sink was fixed but shower never was. The storage and cabinet space was plentiful and Attendant was good
Ship tip
Beware of the internet and even if you don't normally do Japanese food - go to Tepanyaki....the best!
Our excursion got cancelled due to weather but it was a fun place to take the trolley ride up to see the castle and Notre Dame.French Riviera was not as spectacular as I expected but again we were suppose to see it by boat and that was cancelled.
