My wife and I travel a lot and this was one of our favorite vacation trips. We have done all the eastern and western Caribbean Cruises. After our last one we decided we would only cruise where the ports were independently places we would go to as a destination place. This Norwegian Western European Cruise fit that criteria. The ship was really nice and the food and entertainment was high quality. We would definitely cruise on that ship again with different port tours.

Cabin / Stateroom My one negative about this ship was that we had a handicapped room. The toilet and shower were in the same room. It really smelled musty and even though we told the cabin attendant twice about it he could not solve the problem. I think the water must have remained in the floor drains inside the bathroom and created that musty smell that was very evident even in the room.

Book your tour times of Barcelona's top tourist spots on line ahead of the day you are going to visit because the wait lines just to buy the tickets are long and the entry time for the purchased ticket may be hours later.

Tip

We booked our week's entertainment the first day. We also carried our luggage on and off the ship which allowed us to change as soon as we got there-nice because of our overnight flight. It also allowed us to have breakfast the last day because we did not have to be off the ship until 10am.
