Just returned from a fantastic cruise on the Norwegian Epic. Clean comfortable ship, friendly crew, great food, interesting itenery. Called Norwegian direct and did noot like the quote. saved me over $400.00.

last year we booked direct and ended up paying more and no cash awards. Called them to see what they would do and the answer was basically nothing. So to sum it up, you are better going through an agent.

I have just come back from a cruise on the epic an was also worried! Maybe too big- too many lines.. But to be honest we hardly queued for anything- and if we did it was max 10 mins... You are given a pager if you need to wait for a table in the restaurants . It's a good idea to make reservations at lunchtime - if you have an idea what time you plan on eating. The shows can also be booked! PERFECT

great to read your positive comments as I will be on Epic on 28th december and haven't sailed with NCL before at all as previous cruises been with Celebrity and RCL. A bit concerned about size and number of passengers but we chose it for the itinerary and dates so fingers crossed iy won't disappoint.
