Review summary
the night before our cruise, our passport,cash,some credit cards,etc were stolen in Barcelona. We could not board since we didn't have passport and couldn't get new ones until Monday. We flew from Barcelona to Naples and boarded the ship on the 3rd day. Since our money was stolen ,we went to ask if they would give us cash and charge it to our room account or since we had their credit card,if they would give us a cash advance.They refused to do anything "sorry,nothing we can do"We had to stay on the ship since we had no money for tours ,taxis,food. The day before we returned,a guest at the dinner table told us to go to the casino and they would give us cash against our room. Which they did in 2minutes-no questions-no problems. Why couldn't the front desk do that or even just tell us about the casino- that we could get money there.???
