Review summary

This was our fifth cruise but the first on Norwegian and hands down the best cruise ever. The food was excellent and the ports of call were just great. The most outstanding was the crew they went above and beyond on every aspect of service. I would recommend Norwegian cruise in Europe to all my friends.

Cabin was very clean the only negative was the design with the sink by the TV you had to be careful not to hit you head and the fact that the shower bathroom and sink were in different location made it difficult

Epic coming to Port Canaveral in Fall 2016, planning to book cruise over Thanksgiving next year. This will be my first on this cruise line....Hoping it is wheel chair friendly

Ncl are great. Relaxed free style cruising. And the staff really are very friendly. They really do Go above and beyond the norm.

I went on the Epic last May/June from Barcelona roundtrip. I loved everything about the ship! it's beautiful, the mini-suite was incredible, bought the dining package and all the restaurants were great, and the staff could not have been any more accommodating than they were. They were calling us by name on the first day. As for those complaining about the wait times at the service counter, what are they expecting on a ship that holds that many people??!!

first, sorry my bad english :). i agree, your holiday is what you make it. When i read those bad reviews, i regonize that people doesn't read cruise brochures before they book a cruise. We have cruised 4 times with rccl and one time with ncl (second ncl coming dec.19 with epic), and there are plenty things different with cruise lines. Ncl is more of free style, Rccl is more "official". And if you want luxury, go to serenity cruises etc. We were very happy of ncl before and believing that we will be more happier after next cruise.

yes I agree, your holiday is what you make it and I will ignore the bad reviews form now on. anyway I'm taking my Sister on her first cruise and believe me its never a dull moment with her hehe

thanks for this. I go on the Epic in January and been reading some bad reviews and was starting to panic. with all holidays gonna get some people that dislike thinks. glad u had a good time
