Splurge on a balcony. The Observation lounge is the best spot to relax and watch the Alaskan wilderness go by.

The observation lounge on floor 15 had snacks drinks and a large quiet area that overlooks the whole ocean it was a wonderful getaway when you did not want to be around the crowds.

Water is NOT included in your premium drink package. How stupid is that.

Try Food Republic- food was great and you get five items with dining package. Don’t miss the comedy show.

Difficult to have enough time to finish dinners and be on time to stage shows

Not really a complaint, but it kinda is for a certain kind of people. The smoking area on deck 16 is not very accommodating. Every time someone would bring in a chair or something to sit on the crew would take it away. They need to install benches or at least get something to sit on. Deck 8 had an enclosed smoking area with PLENTY of seating.
