This was a fabulous cruise. We put down two deposits for future cruises and are looking into this same cruise over winter break with our children, assuming childcare is open again. I highly recommend Norwegian!!
Embarkation

Although the line was rather long, it moved relatively quickly. Staff was very friendly at the port.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate in all of the complimentary dining places as well as Los Lobos and the Steakhouse. All food was excellent. Drinks were plentiful, but some bars were very busy so you need to be patient. Also make sure you tip the bartenders.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and the spa. The pool and lounge chairs were always packed but I was able to find a spot each day.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The comedians were great, but the gentleman (Scott, I believe) did the same show for his regular and 18+ performance, with only 3 additional jokes. Jill, the other comedian was funny! We saw both musical performances, Kinky Boots and The Choir of Man. I HIGHLY recommend seeing the The Choir of Man. It was the best performance/activity of our week on the ship. We also enjoyed the Beetle Invasion for three separate performances. Other musicians/bands were also enjoyable. No complaints either the types or amount of entertainment available. They everything! You will not be disappointed. Also check out the Art auctions. It was a great experience.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Besides a small mixup on the delivery of our Anniversay package, the room steward did a nice job, although we never met him like on the last cruise when our steward made a point to introduce himself. All of the other ship personnel were knowledgeable and very kind.
Ship Quality

Everything was well maintained. The bars could have used a more frequent cleaning, but they were so busy there wasn't time (in my opinion).
Cabin / Stateroom

Our bed was a king. I found it comfortable but my husband didn't. The room was always clean and the balcony was enjoyable. Rooms are always small but we felt there was plenty of room for us. Better bathroom storage than on our last cruise.
Ship tip
Books your entertainment, restaurants, and excursions as soon as possible! Don't wait or you may miss out.
The shops were disappointing, but they are privately run. Plenty of space to lay out and the island was nice. We tried food from the food truck at the far end of the Island and it was really good.
We went to Coral World (I think that's the name of it) and Coki Beach. Not worth the money. The food on the beach was very expensive and it was extremely busy! We have loved this island when we have visited it before but did not choose our excursion wisely this time.
We did the zip line and waterfall excursion. Make sure you wear your bathing suit to the excursion and I HIGHLY suggest you wear your own "water" shoes as you have to wear them for the 30 minute hike to the zip line and through the waterfalls. There are tons of rocks making the hikes and waterfalls very uncomfortable on the feet. I wish I would have worn and sacrificed a pair of tennis shoes for this adventure. The guides were amazing and very entertaining and friendly.
They were running 45 minutes behind letting each group off. In addition, the line to get off through security was long and the line for the prepaid bus shuttle to Miami Airport was even longer. Make sure you book a later flight or get a private taxi if you are in a hurry as they were plentiful..
