Loved the ship and will treasure the overall experience! The selection of the venues, dining options and things to do truly had something for everyone. The ship is attractively decorated and easy to get around. We loved it so much. But at last all good shows must come to an end. Would I go again? You bet. Encore! Encore! #signmeupNCLEncore

From the time that we got on the ship the experience was wonderful we were able to experience swimming with the stingrays and zip lining above the ocean. We faced our fears at the NCL speedway and virtual reality. We were able to have some of the best food at food republic and after we were able to experience such an amazing show kinky boots! We got some dancing in some trivia, we even got to rock out to some of our Favorite tunes in the atrium. What an amazing experience, If You’re looking for a great ship with wonderful staff amazing food and just to have a great time the Norwegian encore is where you want to be.

The most relaxing time at sea. In throughly enjoyed the thermal suite pass at the spa. Worth every penny!

Sometimes, a new ship, new staff, there are some kinks that need to be worked out. I did not find that to be the case here. Everyone was lovely and on point. We were able to participate in many different experiences onboard and off the ship. Could not have been more pleased with the variety of food selections, beautiful atmosphere, and comfortable spaces. This was a great ship to celebrate my birthday on!

Encore is suited for all age groups, there's something for everyone and a week cruise is not enough to see and do and explore it all, so plan to return again and again

I called this Cruise the shoreside splendor because we never left the dock. Because of this feature The Shoppes and the casinos were not open. Overall is a fantastic time aboard the ship is absolutely beautiful and smells brand-new. I would love to spend some more time on it and actually go somewhere in the future.I would highly recommend this ship and its sister ships the Bliss and the Joy to anyone who enjoys cruising on a gorgeous ship with lots of onboard amenities!

The pinnacle of the Breakaway Plus Class from NCL!

Overall this is a fantastic ship with lots of great areas to hang out. The Manhattan Room is a gorgeous dining room. If you sit near the back of the dining room there are huge windows that afford an excellent view of whatever you might be cruising passed. In the front of the ship you'll find the Observation Lounge. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat (they typically have snacks set out) and relax. The front of this room has windows spanning two decks and it's usually pretty quiet so it's a nice place to relax. The go cart track and laser tag are awesome, as is the Galaxy Pavilion which features immersive 3D games and rides. Late at night be sure to swing by the Local for wings or burgers. It's a good place to people watch if you grab a seat near the balcony the looks over deck 6.

excellent ship with lots of adventures for everyone

The overall feel of the ship is very open and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Drinks and food were of very high quality. Popular shows and activities are likely to book up very fast, so you'll want to make your reservations as soon as possible. The general onboard experience is great, but do note that it might be difficult to get into everything you planned on doing.

We loved our cruise - plenty to do, amazing non-specialty dining, and customer service that goes the extra mile. Our cabin was well-appointed and we enjoyed the balcony. The only thing we would change is our zip-together-2-twins mattress, which wasn’t quite comfy.

I’ve been on several NCL ships and this one beats them all! I had just sailed on the Escape two weeks before this one and you can definitely tell that they are sister ships. The layout is very similar, but there are some definite upgrades on the Encore. I would say that my favorite unique feature on this ship is the Galaxy Pavilion. I had never tried any kind of virtual reality before so this was a very cool experience! Another thing that I thought was really nice was the Observation Lounge. The floor to ceiling windows offered very impressive views! The one and only complaint that I have was that the extended balcony in my cabin meant that the people in all of the cabins above could see onto my balcony so it lacked privacy...not that I was using my balcony in November in NY, but it’s something that I would keep in mind when booking a cabin on this ship in the future and is the reason for my giving the cabin 4 stars. Everything else in the cabin was excellent.

Can't wait to return. Everything was simply amazing!

I loved the Encore and would love to book again (this time some place warm!!!)

This ship will look amazing out on the Caribbean waters with its beautiful hull abstract art. The Observation Lounge was my favorite part of the ship. It was so serene to look out the floor to ceiling windows with a 180 degree view. I sat on a cushioned lounge chair watching the sunset as the waiter served up my favorite glass of wine, it was just perfect, I spent a lot of time relaxing here. I fully enjoyed my 2 day stay on the Encore.

This was a 2 night inaugural in the port of New York so casino and shops weren't open. Overall the ship was fantastic. We had two days to explore most of the ship and while we weren't able to experience it all, most areas were at least open for viewing. Service and staff were very friendly and professional making you feel welcomed and the food was amazing. Definitely would sail again!
