I was attending an industry event onboard and while the check in process was easy it was a little confusing on where to go with the layout of the port. The friendly port employees, however, made this a much easier experience by directing us each step of the way.

I wasn’t able to visit any of the specialty restaurants since they were booked completely, however the service in the main dining room was spectacular. Traveling with my sister who has some food allergies, each time they checked and double checked to ensure she was able to enjoy without worrying about her allergies.
Onboard Activities

It was way too cold to enjoy the pools or hot tubs, but they were plentiful. While we weren’t able to try the go karts (again being very cold), the Galaxy Pavilion was a highlight of the experience. The queuing for them was a bit confusing, but the games were incredibly cool and the 4D motion theater was a blast!

Seeing both Kinky Boots and Choir of Man were absolutely incredible. These shows really set the entertainment apart from other cruises I’ve been on.

The balcony was HUGE! While the room was about average compared to balconies in this class of ship, the balcony set it apart and the large shower and double vanity sink in the bathroom really made it a great cabin.
Ship tip
Enjoy the Observation Lounge. There are couches everywhere for you to relax on and food and drinks can be found in this quiet escape as well. The views are spectacular as they are the exact same that you would see from the bridge of the ship. This space made for a wonderful retreat from the busy-ness of the rest of the ship to simply unwind.
