Everything was wonderful. Wish the buffet or free restaurants offered lobster tails at least one night. The staff was outstanding and fun. Be careful if you head to one of the beaches on your own taxi, when the rain comes (it's an island expect showers, usually don't last long) you may wait along time for taxi home if you didn't book through the ship.

The service throughout the cruise was excellent. The dining package was excellent as well as room service. Our major issue was the very late night drinking and extremely loud noise on the 7th deck until 3 am on the last day of the cruise. There should be some sort of monitoring to stop this juvenile behavior on the part of young rowdy over drinking adults. Many people were talking about in at breakfast the last morning before departing.  We were in room 8656 and the loud noise for several hours came from the 7th level deck. We didn't find out until the morning when other guests informed us where the loud noise was coming from.

This was a special anniversary for us. I advised our travel agent. Yet, Nothing. Later, I was told NCL celebrates with cake. We don't eat cake and like the idea of a complimentary photo. We never felt special.

Everyone was nice and accomodating to us. Our cabin Housekeeper was just awesome (First Noel) he greeted us everyday and if we had questions he answered them for us. I would recommend this cruise to everyone who I talk to.

I  absolutely loved the ship. It was clean, nicely decorated, modern, the whirlpool was amazing, the deck, the music and bands and how there were several genres. The food is the top attraction, and I am constantly eating at new restaurants everywhere. It was absolutely delightful and I was shocked to find out I did not gain weight. The employees "sale" second and fourth and etc trips, they are so courteous and pleasant. 

The ONLY minus and disappointing experience was the day at the beach chair and umbrella. It cost $29.00 per person for half a day. The girl who was supposed to meet us outside was late. We were expected to be at the beach from 8:30 to noon. So she came late and took forever to get everyone w the bracelets. After that she said well it's a five minute walk ...There was no van. We took the free trolley at the

beach I found out it was only $5.00 to get in plus a few more bucks for chair and umbrella, and we could stay all day! So that was kind of a rip off shocking after all of the super nice everything else.

We have cruised in the past, mainly with Royal Caribbean  and were extremely disappointed with this cruise company. Because of the Freestyle Cruising offered with Norwegian you never have a set dinner table, time, or any guest service members specifically assigned to you. With this option they also pool tips and automatically charge you a certain amount a day for both bar services and food services. I believe because of this setup none of the crew members are held accountable for their service- they will receive a pooled tip anyway. We noticed this especially with the bartenders, some of them were extremely rude. One in particular worked in the coffee bar in the morning, greeting you with an annoyed expression, and then as the pool bartender for the afternoon and evening. By then he could care less about serving you. Overall that seemed to be the same feeling with all of the staff around the ship.

The food was also terrible. You could find some great dining options in the main dining rooms but the buffet was subpar. It was the same food everyday in a setup that looked like a poor cafeteria. There were also never any table in the buffet cafeterias. 

Lastly, the boat itself was dated and had way too many sleeping room compared to activities and seating at dinner and public areas for the number of people on board. Everywhere you went felt crowded. The pool is tiny and there was little daily entertainment for all age groups. Since we had 2 full sea days on the way to Bermuda and the way home it grew tiring since there was nothing to do but drink. The beds in the room were also extremely uncomfortable! 

Overall, we were less than impressed with our cruise experience and will not cruise with Norwegian again. We have also let all of our friends and family know of our experience. We were required to pay $400 in tips- $100 each for the bar services and $100 each for the food and other services. On top of the cost of the cruise and taxes, after poor service we were then hit with the $400 in charges and were extremely disappointed!

 Norwegian cruise staff was great and so friendly one reason why we come back to Norwegian. We were disappointed with the ship. There wasn't much room to sit by the pool. The pool area was overcrowded no matter how early you were there. The food was just average. We ate at the French restaurant and was very disappointed. Our one daughter is a vegetarian and it was difficult getting something made for her st the restaurants. Thankfully she was able to always find something at the buffet. We cruised to Bermuda and that was great. Bermuda is such a beautiful island and the beaches are so pretty 

Our favorite part of the cruise was kids sailed free, an incredible value! The Ship sailed extremely smooth and was clean.  The food however was unremarkable and disappointing compared to Royal Caribbean. If you are a foodie I would not recommend this cruise. However if average food is not important to you then this cruise is for you.

the cruise was great. We have been on this cruise 6 times and enjoy the trip. My problem is with BJ's  I was promised on board credits which are part of my contract and did not receive them. NCL told me I had to contact BJ which I will. 

You can do anything you want, come and go as you please. Cagney's was the best for a steak and our server was the best you could every ask for. I was surprised because she was our server 2 years ago on the Dawn. Her name is Veridene (i think that is how you spell it) Can't wait to go back on the Dawn in 2019

Great food and service.  Bermuda tourist staff on land is very helpful and there are many options to travel around.  We could see America Cup boats practicing from our balcony - awesome!

The staff of the Norwegian Dawn are very attentive hard working people who always anticipated our needs. 

I did have one bad experience when we went to karaoke one night.  There were young children in attendance and some of the participants picked songs with foul language and inappropriate sexual and violent lyrics.  The MC stopped one performer because of this but then 2 other performers sang similar songs.  I feel that he should have stopped them and mostly I feel that those songs should not have been available in the play list. Very inappropriate with families with young children.

The ship itself was clean and we had no other problems.

The cruise was wonderful except for the food menu remained basically the same each day period to get variety you had to pay extra to go reserved restaurants. The scheduled seedings as well as the buffet each day served the same choices.  The rooms are perfect in the room Steward was fantastic thank you Noel. Lots to do in Bermuda and we went the week that the America's Cup was there practicing which added to the enjoyment. The drink card for alcohol was extremely expensive. The rule that everyone in the room had to purchase one is onerous and very expensive. Despite what I just said I am my daughter had a wonderful time I'm and would recommend the cruise especially for those who are first timers. 

The service aboard ship was great.  I upgraded to a family suite and received excellent service.  The food was good but could have been better.  The entertainment was adequate.

Improvements would be getting informed on BOSTON's play off games, the ship only played the 1st play off game, coming from Boston, you would think, the ship would be showing the Boston Celtics play off games, instead they had us watching soccer..... I think its worth the extra money to broadcast the play off game to keep your customers happy considering most of that ship is filled with Massachusetts residents.

2nd, I would recommend a little more band playing time by the pool during the day, they would perform once in the morning & then not again till 10 or 11pm.... would be nice to be entertained by pool area with more music.

All was excellent.Would like to have spent more time in Bermuda.Was told when I booked the trip that we would spend 3 days in Bermuda, were there for 2 days  

Cruise was OK...need more time in Bermuda. Specialty dining was great. Had to complain about music in the Bliss Room at 1:30 in morning...VERY annoying! We had AFT room, so the music vibrated right to us. They gave us a $200 credit & did have them tone in down. Show was great..staff exceptional...all in all...we enjoyed it!

I had reservations about traveling on Norwegian as I usually use Celebrity, but thought to give a chance for the convenient departure out of Boston.  We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse as stated by the booking agent.  When we got there it was not '2' bedrooms, but 1 bedroom, then other bedroom consisted of a cubby hole of a room with a pull out sofa, the mattress encompassing the entire floor space - wall to wall, so in order to get into the bed you has to lunge from the middle of the bed- no floor space on either side- the mattress was neat with the walls.  The mattress was in fact on the floor.  Not ideal for passengers who are disabled, one with a walker, the other in a wheelchair.  The booking agent knew of this when the package was booked. 

NCL is NOT wheelchair/ handicap friendly.  There was no priority line to disembark the boat - we had to circle with the enormous lines and when we exited the boat, we were taken off the ship in a 'garbage' elevator!!!!  Never in my life!!!!  It smelt as though we were in a dumpster!!!  The crew to client ratio is extremely poor.  Most of the staff were not friendly. 

The unlimited drink package was sold as such.  Unlimited drinks.  When we arrived on board, we were told that water, canned soda and juice were not included.  You could purchase a 'hydration' package...but that did not include sparkling water.  a Bottle of San Pellegrino was $6+ and a diet Pepsi was approximately $3.50!!!  The soda they offered at no charge was fountain, which was not carbonated and basically syrup!

A disembarkation meeting for the suite guests was held the day before arrival back to Boston.  The main theme was to alert the suite guests that the gratuities paid daily per person, did not include gratuities for the concierge and the butler even though we paid more per day per person than non suite guests.  The day of arrival, knocks on the door revealed the butler awaiting her tip which envelopes were provided for.

All in all, not impressed.  Will never travel Norwegian again.  I would rather pay for a flight to NY or NJ to travel Celebrity.  Hope this review was helpful.

This was our first cruise and we probably would have never gone on one had my mon/dad suggested it. It turns out is was one of the best vacations we've done in quite awhile.  Everything people told us about cruises was correct.  The staff could not have been more concerned with us and when they found out it was mon/dad 65th they treated them like royality. 

the food, drinks and room were terrific and i'm pretty certain this will not be our last cruise.
