Review summary

Loved it. Did it 2 years in a row. Easy to drive and park at the pier, no flying. Would repeat again next year, love Bermuda!............................

Embarkation

5 out of 5
No problems with embarkation. Went smoothly...

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We did the same trip last year and found a decline in quality of food this year. We found the buffet food was not hot enough. Steaks were dry and tough (except the prime rib in o'sheens, which was superb). Appetizers were great too. Drink package was a must. No problem getting a drink.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Plenty to do on board. If you were board, it was your own fault.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Because we saw same shows last year, we didn't repeat many of the shows. But the ones we did see were great.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I have to tell you, they all work hard and deserve many many kudos.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
With plastic cups blowing in the wind, you can see the staff constantly picking them up and cleaning up. You can see the maintenance crew constantly painting and replacing rails. I found it difficult knowing the locations on board (foreword or aft, starboard or port side) in the stairways and aisles. Maybe better signs or pictures could solve this.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had an inside room. We didn't spend a lot of time there. But our room Steward was friendly and did a remarkable job picking up after us.. great job....

Ship tip

Take the drink package.

Ports of call

Boston, Massachusetts Did not visit port

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
Bermuda, enough said..... you don't feel threatened (much like some other islands) when venturing outside the port areas. The free Ncl tender between the naval dock yard and St. George, was a bonus. Takes about 50 minutes, but worth the time to see. Yea Norweign......

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy.... we loved the walk off disembarkation as opposed to putting luggage in the hallways the night before (which still is an option)
