Review summary

See above comments regarding Internet Cafe Manager. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO GUESTS. A generally great experience. Los Lobos is EXCELLENT, Cagney's, as always, is a great meal. Nice offerings in Blue and Aqua. I always recomend a 4 Unlimited Dining Package on this cruise and enjoyed the food. The "Elements" show was a highlight, always enjoy "Deal or No Deal" and the Music Trivia. Good layout for lounging and relaxing and Bermuda is a great port. Again, I was APPALLED at the Internet Cafe Manager and his utter and complete lack of respect for guests.

As always, clean, prompt, thorough with a great stateroom steward.

Ship tip

Stay away from the Internet Cafe. The Internet Cafe manager is not where he should be. He overcharges unfairly, is not guest friendly, very rude and is condescending to his guests. Again, I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THAT THE INTERNET OFFERINGS ON THIS SHIP ARE NOT OF VALUE AND HE WILL ARGUE OVER AS LITTLE AS ONE DOLLAR FOR A FREQUENT, RETURN CRUISER. As a professional in the service industry, I would not tolerate his conduct in my establishemtn.

My disembarkation was slowed by my experience with the bill, which I 100% attribute to the refusal of the Internet Cafe Manager to speak with me in person, and upon speaking with me, to become arrogant, condescending and rude including flashing his name badge in my face and saying "I have excellent guest satisfaction scores you can tell whoever you want about me it won't matter." Again, a GREAT trip otherwise but Norwegian turned a deaf ear to my comments regarding his attitude, service and professionalism. Highly unusual for them.

I am shocked to hear that you found the internet manager rude!! Considering he is by himself he was very accommodating Many passengers like myself were trying to get on the WIFI He always turned around to apologize as he was helping other passengers Now I am wondering if you were the passenger that was making a complete a.. of themselves in front of everyone

Funny, not one single other review complains about the internet cafe manager. Clearly, you weren't happy, but your review spews comments about your anger only. Aqua is a restaurant on the ship. Blue isn't. I'm assuming you meant Blue Lagoon, which was replaced by O'Sheehan's over a year ago.
