Overall, our cruise was excellent and we had a great trip. The food and service were great. The biggest problem was the lack of Internet data. Our plan promised us wifi, but it didn't work.

This was the worst captain ever. The first day the couple down the hall from was removed by men in hazmat suits we should have been notified and maybe told to wear masks as people were already testing positive. Also they should have not allowed everyone serve themselves in the buffet and could have slowed the spread. They certainly had enough crew to service a ship that was at half capacity. Handled extremely poorly!!!

Awesome cruise. Only 1200 guest onboard so the crew was very attentive

This was a good, fun trip. Lots of things to do for whatever your taste.

N C L does a great job satisfying their customers and would sail with them again.

Here's why it was almost the cruise that wasn't. NCL did our flights (Never Again). When we got into Houston our flight was canceled. When we called NCL for help we were told we were on our own and we might ask United to fly us into the first port, which was a third of the way through the cruise, even though it was about 24 hours before the sailing. NCL provided no help. We rented a car and drove 1,000 miles over night to make the cruise. After we got to Tampa and got on the ship it was awesome. Super staff and great shore excursions; made for a great time. Now back to the flight department. As we were returning to Tampa, I went to check our party in for the flights. Even though NCL said we all had flights, in fact they hadn't booked flights for one of our people. I called our Concierge about the issue, and he said he'd get it fixed. Which he did as best he could. We all three were at least on the same flight but we didn't set together. Never again will we allow NCL to handle our travel.

We were originally supposed to be on the Escape that scraped the mud in D.R., so we were offered this as a late minute cruise with 100% cruise credit valid for a year. it us a small ship but relaxing

It was great to be back at sea! The Crew were wonderful! The people we met fantastic! Just not an NCL person I guess!

This cruise was so relaxing and refreshing! I needed it. Love the crew on the Dawn. It is an older ship but the staff, food, and entertainment is the reason I went back!

First time on NCL and it was great! The staff were all amazing, food was reasonable, and the trip was perfect!

We just needed to get away. We liked the dawn even though I got covid on our last trip! But its close to us and easy to get around on. Staff is very good too.

Cruise was fun, with itinerary changes and then not being able to get off at ports without an excursion this cruise felt like forever.

Dawn it’s an old ship in need of some updating, it’s a small ship, and to some it may reminisce of long gone era of cruising, with its dark wood and overstuffed furniture, but as an overall experience, I don’t recommend it, there are much better ships out there. I guess the old saying goes, “ You get what pay for”

We all enjoyed NCL. Only a few things I would change. If you treat staff well, they will treat you well. They are trained to handle rude people. We were surrounded by University spring breakers from Georgia University. I thought they were great, only met 2 rude young people. One screaming at his girlfriend, another trying to pick a fight in front of me. Wonder how he makes out in the real world? This is my 14th cruise. Always amazes me how well people an behave. I'm sure security are around the ship, we just don't see the. The ship shows were also great. Amazing talent, dancers, singers. They must realize how impressed we are with their talent, they are a lot younger than us, that's why they are jumping around, not me.

Horrible cruise ship. Norwegian Dawn. Save your $$

Norwegian Dawn is a great ship, crew, food and entertainment were excellent. I highly recommend NCL

It was very relaxing with great options for dining, entertainment and drinks.

I would go on another cruise, but it won't be with Norwegian.
