Although this ship is older down to the electric outlets, the crew was totally amazing!!! From our steward to the restaurant workers, they were THE BEST! This ship was an amazing smooth sail through some intense winds and fog.

Review summary

This was the worst captain ever. The first day the couple down the hall from was removed by men in hazmat suits we should have been notified and maybe told to wear masks as people were already testing positive. Also they should have not allowed everyone serve themselves in the buffet and could have slowed the spread. They certainly had enough crew to service a ship that was at half capacity. Handled extremely poorly!!!

All of the shows were wonderful. An amazing comedian Flip Schultz tonight was terrific. Look him up on FB. The hypnotist was so terrific Richard Baker!!! The bands and dancers and singers were very good

The bed leaves a lot to be desired. Our steward is the best and our cabin was kept immaculate. The toilet seat is really worn out and could be changed

We have been on the Epic a few times and the Breakaway. They are newer. This Norwegian Dawn cannot compete with the looks of those but she is worth sailing. Just not as glitzy or as many other things to do

The ship let us off last and said we were on our own! Find your own transportation and lodging!!! Disgraceful!!!! They should be sued for the lack of caring for us and for not keeping us informed along the way. We were just discarded without a care.

NCL handled this situation very poorly and nothing short of a full refund and then some should have taken place. I am totally disappointed

Anogher interesting item. It appears that the CDC requirement of a test before flying back to the USA is being ignored by the airlines. I know people who flew back from Poland and London, the airlines didn't ask for any proof of a negative test.

In regards to the April 28th cruise. China has been sending fest kits that produce a positive result. Junk. People were told they were negative then later positive. People who were told positive on the ship got retested when they got off the ship and were negative. People who tried to use Verifly at Heathrow were'nt allowed to fly. Those who didn't were allowed to fly. The airlines didn't ask for any covid documents at all.

We’re going on here in 16 days & im quite worried now. Were you told daily how many positive cases were on board? Were guests allowed to stay in their own cabin while isolating?

I don't know what you expect... Covid is still around. You knew the risk, so how is that NCL fault? If they had told you there was covid, would you have gotten off? Clearly not as you claimed to have seen the man removed by people with hazmat suits and still stuck around.....
