Waited almost a year to have dinner at Cagney’s steak house. We booked Cagney’s months in advance. Showed up for our reservation, was seated, then we were told that they were out of Ribeye! Really? Are you kidding me. So I ordered a filet mignon that was horrible. Cagney’s on Norwegian Dawn is a total joke. Thanks for the memories.

Deck 14 was not big enough to accommodate for the people who smoke. I understand the smoking policies and all but Norwegian got this top deck all wrong. Come on Norwegian get it right. We paid good money just as much as everyone else. You couldn’t just let the people who smoke just have the top deck, which isn’t even that big anyways? A lot of people were complaining. I will never sail the Norwegian Dawn again. Again, thanks for the memories, not!

Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom was extremely small. And.......... this was a balcony room to boot. Unreal. The door handle to open the balcony sliding glass door was about to fall off. Room was very outdated. Will never sail again with Norwegian Dawn.

My first cruise was on the Dawn, and we loved it. It was clean and the staff was awesome. A cruise is what you make it to be. I've always heard that the lower your expectations are the happier you'll be......
