I had higher hopes for this cruise. There was no one thing that ruined it for me but it also wasn't the fantastic vacation I was hoping for. The room was nice and the drink package was great (better than expected selection that we definitely took advantage of) but the mediocre service, long waits for everything, hit-or-miss daycare and skipping the private island really diminished what should have been a fantastic trip. I have travelled with NCL multiple times before but I doubt I will cruise with Norwegian again.

We really enjoyed our cruise with NCL...The staff was polite and helpful, the various games and activities in the atrium were entertaining, and the theatre always had a good show, and the Manhattan Room for dinner was nice with the music and special performances.

Confusing but ok I guess. It was diffently a learning experience. It was a learning experience for sure. I'm glad my husband, daughter, son in law and reo grandchildren got this opportunity. I hope when I can take my nect cruise, it will be more enjoyable.

I did like the cruise line and what they offered I would just never left from a NY port again in November. In addition more opportunities should be offer to someone who is disappointed on their birthday. There was not enough offered to me to be happy about sending this time on the ship

THOUGH I HAVEN'T BEEN ON THAT MANY THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST CRUISES I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. THE SHIP WAS IMMACULATE, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS, AND THE STAFF WAS INFORMATIVE, ATTENTIVE, COURTEOUS, AND ACCOMMODATING.

It was a true escape & a pleasure to be on. the only negatives were waiting too long for some of the ship activities & wating a good while in restaurants to be served. During disembarkation the wait was long as well. Other than that the TRIP was GREAT! Can't wait to go another cruise. Thank you.

A wonderful treat to celebrate life. I'm glad I was able to spend time with my family. The itinerary is perfect, so many choices of activities and food.

Last minute cruise which we didn't want to fly. It was close enough for us to take the train to port. We knew what the itinerary was. It was to relax.. eat, sleep and veggggge! We had no expectations. We took this line a few times. We were disappointed in the standard of service, food, entertainment. We would compare it to previous cruise.. same line. We'd probably won't return to this for awhiles

Despite ups and downs, we got a great deal... Great food and service, good selection of meals ... unlimited drink package... room and steward were great... despite rainy weather, it was relaxing. No problems with the internet. In the dining rooms and buffet there were too many LOUD, unruly little kids, .. lack of discipline... no intimate conversation with your spouse here, NCL needs 'adult only' cruises! Another disappointment was the casino boss.. didn't give a hoot about my complaint... did not say anything!.. very unprofessional.. CEO of NCL... read this loud and clear... need adult only cruises... or perhaps no kids under 16 !!!!!!! There ARE adult only cruises available with other cruise lines. Thanks.

Norwegian does an amazing job! They spared no expense for their nightly included shows! The dancers, actors, and performers are truly amazing at what they do. This is where Norwegian truly shines. Also, I love the food in the sit down restaurants, and I love that they have more choices. Shanghai was delicious! O'Sheehan's was a family favorite.

The ship and everybody on it was great! We had poor weather in Florida and couldn't even dock at Great Stirrup Cay, but not worries. We got to spend the night in port at Nassau and it was fun getting off the boat for some Nassau nightlife. I highly recommend this cruise!

If you don’t expect too much, and find your own groove, you will enjoy your vacation. The true reason for a vacation is to relax so find yourself a nice spot to lie down get a drink and do that just relax. If you were looking for high-quality food and five star service then you need to find a different cruise line. I did think that the cost did not justify the cabin price.

My family and friend enjoyed the cruise. My kids had a Blast the only thing was the service since we have to pay gratuities in every cruise I understand this gratuities are standard but if the staff not provide a good service and respect that you are a guest then it's not worth it. Maybe your staff are overworked or not feeling happy with their job.

They should really limit the amount of people on the boat, instead of cramming everyone together. This would allow you to get a drink and the bar, have dinner without wait for an hour and be able to get hot food.

This is the first cruise my family has. Everything runs really smooth. NCL cruise employees provided warm and excellent services. I was little bit upset when I know I need to leave the boat. I make another one for sure!

Very nice cruise with good food and entertainment. Met great people from all over. My wife signed up for the thermal spa and loved it. Will do it again.

All in all our cruise was awesome. We would definitely do it again. There was definitely some room for improvement but anyone who did not have a good time on this vacation only has themselves to blame. Everyone was great and we met so many amazing people. It was definitely worth the price!

Okay cruise, I'd place it as 3rd place out of the 3 we have been on. Too many people to really enjoy what the ship has to offer. They try to pack as many people as possible to make money, i understand that, but they should have a bigger theather or 2 to compensate along with other areas where activities were held should have been thought out. They flim some of the activities and show them via a channel on tv later but that takes the fun out of actually being there and being be to see it. We will take more cruises but probably not on this ship again.

We love the bathroom size & bathroom shower so much, excellent fruits quality from breakfast & lunch buffets, but foods quality & taste not good & needs improved also too loud in the area, hand senitary need enforced in Garden buffet.
