If you don’t expect too much, and find your own groove, you will enjoy your vacation. The true reason for a vacation is to relax so find yourself a nice spot to lie down get a drink and do that just relax. If you were looking for high-quality food and five star service then you need to find a different cruise line. I did think that the cost did not justify the cabin price.

The buffet was awful and overcrowded. The regular dining rooms were slow. We did not go to any specialty restaurants.
Onboard Activities

Anything interesting or fun and additional fee attached to it. Bingo wasn’t progressive so the payouts were very low. My son and husband like the waterslides but you had to wait until an off time or a poor day in order to easily get on them. We did the ropes course because we waited online earlier than it open so that we could get on it fast. That was Fun.
Entertainment

The main show rock of ages was not that good and it was vulgar for no reason other than to be vulgar. The dancers and the senior with the dance show for in the floor were very good. The musicians in the band at fat cats and the piano player at the martini bar were all very good.
Children's Programs

The children’s program consisted of an overly long process to register them that included very long lines. Every time we try to drop our son off at the children’s program there was a long delay because the lines were so long and the registration process each time we got there was very long and arduous. And the program was very choppy as it often was closed in the middle of the day so there was only like 2 1/2 to 3 hours at a time where the children could actually play together and enjoy themselves.

Some waiters were good. Our room steward was not very good. Other shit personal seemed friendly enough.
Ship Quality

I personally did not like the ships layout and design I thought it seemed a little closed off in some areas. And then I thought the casino was poorly located and the smoke from the casino would infiltrate other areas of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

I thought that ordering the mini suite would include a little more space but most of it was dedicated to the bathroom that smelled like urine and the shower with the sprays was very difficult operate.
Ship tip
Don’t expect too much and you will be pleased. Make your own good time. The food is adequate enough. Just enjoy being on vacation and relax.
The private island was very nicely laid out although it was very crowded. We did not do any excursions while on the island but we did rent two floats. People were having their float stolen it happened many times and we also had one taken from us. What’s your floats. It’s also very hard to find a lounge chair if you are one of the later tenders.
It seemed to be relatively chaotic. The cruise director had to stop at a couple of times because it was backed up. It took us a very long time to wind around the ship just in order to get off of the ship and get onto the next line. Since we got off a little later it was easy to find our bags because there were not many bags left. We paid for a porter which got us through immigration quicker than if we had to stand in long lines and carry her own bags
We are currently on BA and have yet to understand why people are complaining about dining! We have eaten in either Taste or Savor for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have gotten in and out within an hour, food has been hot and enjoyable. Had breakfast this morning on Lido and yes it's crowded but manageable if you know what you want. We have had mini suites in the past and have no issue with room size, love the shower set up. Every time we have encountered ship members we are greeted and respond back to them. Remember a little politeness goes a long way! Yes the show Rock of Ages is for adults only and they do advise that. We enjoy sitting at the atrium bar and watching the entertainment there along with people watching. A cruise is what you make of it. This is our 6th time on BA and will miss it when it goes overseas and wherever they send it. Will miss the girls at the atrium bar and our aft balcony.
