Review summary

Despite ups and downs, we got a great deal... Great food and service, good selection of meals ... unlimited drink package... room and steward were great... despite rainy weather, it was relaxing. No problems with the internet. In the dining rooms and buffet there were too many LOUD, unruly little kids, .. lack of discipline... no intimate conversation with your spouse here, NCL needs 'adult only' cruises! Another disappointment was the casino boss.. didn't give a hoot about my complaint... did not say anything!.. very unprofessional.. CEO of NCL... read this loud and clear... need adult only cruises... or perhaps no kids under 16 !!!!!!! There ARE adult only cruises available with other cruise lines. Thanks.

EXCELLENT, Friendly cabin steward... Rubesh.. the Best ! VERY courteous... probably best one we ever had... we been on over 20 cruises. Waiters were all great , also !!

Casino stunk .. too much cigarette smoke... rest of ship was great. Ship could use enclosed pool area.. tooo chilly most days.

Be sure to try a 'specialty restaurant'.. and be ready for bad weather at the ports... and be ready to lose all your moola in the casino

We did our own excursion to Atlantis... ok I guess..... taxi driver was rude and obnoxious, wanted to squeeze 4 grownups into back seat in his crummy brown minivan.. unbelievable. The taxi ride back to ship was a pleasant lady (I'm a male by the way).

This is not a sight for anyone from the cruise companies to follow up on your complaints you need to call direct or should of been handled on board ....
