Besides a few issues we would travel with NCL again and on the Breakaway. We had a great time.

Service was great but no activities while in ports and food in main Dinning Room needed variety.

Awful. Our 5th Norwegian Cruise. My internet did not work that I paid $90 for. They did nothing. Way too many people. Lines were outrageous.

we would go on this cruise again for sure and this cruise line because we had a great time.next year we will be cruising again on norwegian encore to bermuda. can't wait!!!!

Rude concierge & too many un supervised small kid's, had to up grade to make the best of it. having cruised with Carnival once , Royal Caribbean 2 times & Celebrity a few times. will not be going back on a Norwegian cruise again. Ship is nothing special. free style cruising means you are free to up grade, I now call them NO Rwegian.

This is my 3rd NCL cruise in 4 years. My biggest complaint was the service in the dining rooms. It really was slow and the food was not hot nor great. There were a few times we left before our dessert came because it took too long. Also, in the Manhattan Room, you HAVE to wear pants. Unfortunately, one of the members of our group of 30 couldn't join us because he did not have a pair of pants. He did look nice in his docker shorts and polo shirt. Sitting next to us though was a gentleman in ripped jeans and ragged tshirt. Looked like he just got off the beach and through the old jeans on.

We were really disappointed in the service of staff and entertainment. The Epic was so much better- at least the Europe trip on Epic, had a friend just go on the Epic in the Caribbean and she said the entertainment wasn't good and Andre was not the cruise director of it.

Overall the cruise was very relaxing. Great ports with lots to do at each stop.

I don't think we are "cruise people". I've been on a couple before, and I don't remember them being this off-putting. It's not likely I will ever cruise again. If so, it will not be Norwegian. I would get a cabin with a balcony again.

bad design for such a large ship, food is just ok , presentation bad , almost never hot, to far from kitchen or something.

Help the staff to love their work and have passion for providing service. They work too many hours every day. Some working 14 to q6 hours a day. No wonder they are unhappy

We cannot wait to go again- everything was perfect! Keep up the high level of customer service, awesome entertainment, and yummy food. Outstanding overall NCL!!!

You must CALL Norwegian to actually figure our what features your room has. Their website lies about the room's features and you might not get what you booked at all! The overall cruise was fine, very typical Caribbean cruise and ship. It's the room's features being incorrect on the website that is highly disappointing.

For suites guest NCL needs to use shuttle service from ship to pier and back on its excursions, I would do it for handicapped as well. I also think that for the NCL island in Belize they need to look at the way RCL does it, food is included for suites and non suites guest at no charge. We had a suite a paid for a cabanna that had towels, water, a waiter that was on a private area of the beach just for suites guest. We had our private all you could eat buffett and the picked us up at the ship and shuttled us to the private area and took us back when it was time to leave. The are for the non suites guest was just as nice and they had free chairs and umbrellas and free food those passangers as well. I love NCl, but this is the type of stuff that makes me lean to RCL, anlong with better ports of call, we have done this cruise before and I truly dont want to do it again.

We had a great time and made many new friends. We liked it so much we put down a deposit with cruise next for two future cruises.

We would take a cruise again. As far as meeting people and relaxing was concerned, mission accomplished. We got sun, too, even with a rain day. Over all service could have been better. Courtesy was there but getting a drink took some time. We enjoyed the selection of activities and the venues.

We had a very nice time and would consider another Norwegian cruise again.

Not as good as Celebrity among others. Some nickel and diming for items once on board.

Costa Maya is a beautiful place to visit. The personnel on the ship were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone at any age. They can easily accommodate everyone. GREAT CRUISE.
