We would take a cruise again. As far as meeting people and relaxing was concerned, mission accomplished. We got sun, too, even with a rain day. Over all service could have been better. Courtesy was there but getting a drink took some time. We enjoyed the selection of activities and the venues.

We loved our room upon arrival and found it was easy to navigate around the ship. Empty your pockets before getting to the port. If you have a lot of change, or your pockets are difficult to get in and out of, it can be time consuming going through the metal detectors.

The dining quality was inconsistent. It ranked from ok and so-so to excellent.
Onboard Activities

We escaped often to the Spice H2O sunning deck and bar. It was advertised as 18 and up. Many times the only staffing there was a single bartender. There is no enforcement on the 18 and up rule. Also, with one bartender, service was slow. The waterfall feature in this area was closed 4 out of 5 days. The hot tubs were warm not hot. And towel service was 100 yards away on a lower level.
Entertainment

We enjoyed Rock of Ages, Switch, and the dueling pianos. Prom was in your face entertainment. And comedy show was so-so.
Children's Programs
We have no kids. But all of the kids we did see looked like they were having a wonderful time!

The hostesses at O'Shehan's seamed to be more of rule setting bouncers than hostesses. But other than that, we received great service with a smile... when we could find it.

It was a beautiful ship but would often, throughout the day, pass by stacks of dirty dishes around the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size and cleanliness was top notch. We were awoken 2 nights in a row with a faulty emergency alarm going off. They wanted in our room to see that there was no emergency at 2:30 am and 3:00 am. Both nights we had been in bed for hours. There were no appologies and no attempt to fix the problem until I spoke with guest services. I asked for an update to let me know that the issue had been resolved. I received no update but did not get woken up by stewards again.
Ship tip
Complimentary breakfast quality in order 1. Savor 2. Margaritaville 3. Garden Cafe Buffet Arrive early to Howl at the Moon and broadway shows to get a good seat. Day one dinner is tricky to get in anywhere without a reservation. After that, it is dine as you please. Humidor for smokers has no ventilation and blows into the main entertainment area of the ship.
No excursion.... went shopping. Got a great deal on premium tequilla and pharmaceutical medicines (tramadol, 800mg ibuprophen, and flexaril). Did get suckered into an extended sales pitch and had to walk out. Senor Frogs was fun and brought us back into vacay mode. After that, we played with parrots before going back to the ship.
There was a super long walk to the shopping area. It was beautiful outside so we got some sun and watched other cruise ships come into port. Got to see tham up close! Water around us was amazingly gorgeous!
