Review summary

Awful. Our 5th Norwegian Cruise. My internet did not work that I paid $90 for. They did nothing. Way too many people. Lines were outrageous.

Rock climbing, ropes courses, mini golf only open certain times. Rock wall was open for less than 1 hour. Very poorly staffed.

2 shows the entire cruise. You have to reserve them in advance.

Nothing is cheap. Pool is packed. Beach sand is full of shells. Drink package (we did not have) is not included on island. Nor is the food. Zipline was closed. We saw 2 crocodiles. They had do not use signs on all beach umbrellas. No shade.

We chose the 930am departure. We were filtered through the Bliss lounge at 10:30am. Then stood in line for 45mins outside on the deck. Only to be took back through the ship to depart. When inside, the escalators were closed. We then stood for 45 more minutes. Once down to to get liggage another 40mins to get to liggae and 30mins to get through customs. 5 hours to depart!

Awesome Caribbean Cruise

Fantastic cruise! Everything went very smooth with no issues at all. Everything was as promised or better. The entire crew was alsways very polite and helpful. I would do this cruise again in a heartbeat!
