We were really disappointed in the service of staff and entertainment. The Epic was so much better- at least the Europe trip on Epic, had a friend just go on the Epic in the Caribbean and she said the entertainment wasn't good and Andre was not the cruise director of it.

The first day I was really disappointed in the lack of service. We waited at Cagney's Steak house (we had a reservation) and there was only one other couple in the entire restaurant. Still the woman at the desk refused to acknowledge us, instead doing other things. We looked over at the bar to get a drink while we waited to get a table, 4 people working at the bar and none of them would look at us, another couple went up too and they were ignored also. They could have said something, such as, sorry, just getting set up. We were not early and all I wanted was a glass of wine, nothing that would be too much trouble. Luckily the service got better after that.

I went to the fitness center twice, they were good but need cups for drinking water. Stop having staff try to sell you things in the guise of entertainment or a class. Ticks me off to supposedly hear about Chinese herbs only to hear her pitch her products, same with the detox, sell you some seaweed extract.

Rock of Ages was awful, everyone we met who saw it hated it and thought it was too raunchy. Comedian was good. The cruise director was awful, vary rarely saw him unlike Andre on the Epic, Andre was amazing and did such a better job on the Newlywed, not so Newlywed game. The band in Syd Normans was good but too loud.

Very rarely did anyone come by to give you coffee refills, was tired of fighting the crowds to get a second cup of coffee. The Epic was all over this, they had people coming by all the time in the morning with coffee in hand.

Go to the Waterfront bar for a quiet and peaceful drink.
Didn't care for this part, it was not a pretty place. We hired a cab to take us to another beach but still, people bugging you all the time to buy stuff, ridiculous. Wish we'd have gone further away.
I was on the same cruise, loved it, no complaints here! Saw all the shows and comedians, enjoyed them. Rock the dock on last port day was awesome! Staff was friendly and efficient. Ate at Cagneys and La Cucina, loved both.
