We loved NCL and their ships: this is our fifth cruise with Norwegian and definitely will come back! Breakaway was a beautiful ship , full of activities and delicious food. I will recommend the Breakaway to any family with kids.

Embarkation was really smooth and fast. We got there early, around 11:00 AM , there was no line and we were Group 2 . We were inside the ship before noon!

Food was good in the buffet, but not too much variety, we love the omelettes stations and my daughter love the soft serve ice cream.
Oh Sheehan’s was good, but they need more personnel. Service was too slow , one time we left because we were sitting for more than 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order
We went to Modernos and the food was excellent. Service was a little slow at the beginning, but everything was really tasteful.
Cagneys was delicious. Every thing was cook perfect , the steaks , the sides and the dessert , specially the OMG cheesecake was to die for .
We didn’t have time to go to the Main dining rooms.
We to the Cirque dinner show , food and show was great!
Onboard Activities

Pools are small, but with only 2 sea days we don’t use it too much anyway. The water park and the slides were great. My daughter enjoyed the rope course, even did the plank. We never saw the climbing wall open, that was a bummer, because she has been in other ships
Entertainment

Comedy shows were good! We went to Rock of Ages and absolutely love it, it was a late night function, but the music and the dancers keep me awake.
We went to Syd Norman’s some nights and the band was great.
We enjoyed both glow parties ( family and the adult one)
80’s party was not like in the other ships with the videos and staff dress up as singers of that decade. Sad because It was one of my favorite nights in other cruise ships

My daughter love it! She literally beg to go every night. She enjoyed every activity, Easter hunt, pirates night and specially the Last day show!
