Review summary

You must CALL Norwegian to actually figure our what features your room has. Their website lies about the room's features and you might not get what you booked at all! The overall cruise was fine, very typical Caribbean cruise and ship. It's the room's features being incorrect on the website that is highly disappointing.

We booked a room with an overhead bed. We were not given a cabin that had that feature. It turns out that Norwegian's room descriptions are not accurate. They tell you about features for your room that do not exist! This was very disappointing and jaded our entire experience as we booked a specific room for a reason and then were given a bait and switch to a room without a feature we had specifically booked.

Did you simply book it online completely or did you speak to somebody while booking? I think that the room descriptions are a general overview of a category not a specific description of a specific room. In a case like that where you need something quite specific, I would think that it would be best to speak to a live person either via NCL directly or your travel agent.
