Loved all the outside seating on deck 8. There is always something to do, whether it is to your liking or not. We brought games to play, worked well with the outside seating. Lots of places to sit around the Garden Buffet. Try other venues for all meals. Love O'Sheehan's.

We thought we would try something different for Thanksgiving, but find going on a cruise at that time does not suit us. We had a great time...but we will stick to spring and summer

This was by far the worst vacation we have ever taken and we travel 8-10 times per year for leisure. We have never looked forward to going home from vacation before and we could not wait to get off of this ship, it was a terrible experience. We will not be cruising with Norwegian again and we had plans on purchasing cruise next deposits and booking a cruise to Alaska this coming summer which did not happen because we were so disappointed with this experience.

Had a great time on board and off. Can't wait to do it again.

We booked a Haven Spa Suite and couldn't be happier with our decision. The customer service was fantastic and being able to skip a lot of the lines to get on and off the ship and book shows and dinner was 100% worth it.

Great trip had good time as always on NCL ships good food super good service!!

Overall it was EXCELLENT!!!! Everything from the food, to the service, the shows, the dining rooms, our cabin the staff, can't say anymore about the wonderful service and the cruise!

Had a great time. Really no complaints other than debarking took longer Because the card system went down.

I worked in customer service 20 years. And it takes a lot for me to write a bad or a poor review. I always give people the benefit of the doubt because of working in the service industry myself but I know if I didn’t follow through on issues that my customers or patients had...I would not have a job. Really don’t know if I will ever cruise again.

The cruise overall was good, however there was not enough entertainment (shows). Also the wait staff in the Garden Café (buffet) was not very attentive. One suggestion I would have is to have theme nights in the club. The music was geared toward a younger crowd.

Working with has always been a pleasure. I use them exclusively when booking cruises. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the itinerary of this NCL cruise. Major disappointment in cabin “mini-suite” accommodation, disembarkation process, and inability to reserve space at our favorite specialty restaurant (Cagney’s Steakhouse). Thermal Suite spa package is well worth the $$. Cruise staff was outstanding as typical on NCL. We enjoy gambling (slots), but we were very disappointed in the casino lay-out, lack of clear definition between smoking/non-smoking sections, and rather limited slot machine choices.

We never received our onboard credit from cruise only.com. They no longer make towel animals in the rooms. Our room Steward did not make our room every day. And to top it all off there was no main show in the theater

Very disappointed on the design of the ship. Not enough room in activity areas for the amount of guests.

We cruised with a group of 28 people and together and separately we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and each other. There were great experiences on and off the ship especially in the ocean on the beaches of Tortola and the American Virgin Island.

We left Miami Nov. 3 on the Breakaway. We booked with NCL after our last cruise out of New Orleans with NCL was one of the best cruises we had ever done. I went with just my wife for our 20th anniversary and my 40th birthday. Getting on went pretty smooth but quickly realized the service on the ship was very poor. My guess is the unlimited bar and prepaid gratuities takes away from the staff’s motivation to care about the cruisers. The entertainment was not good. I might call it decent if they didn’t make it such a pain to get into. They had larger venues they could have done comedy show or the karaoke in but crammed people into small spaces and locked out many. Similar with the events in the atrium or on the pool deck. It is a huge ship but very little room for entertainment. It felt like the ship was just designed to house a large number of people. The specialty dinning rooms were hard to book before the cruise and on the cruise and the staff was rude about it. All the restaurant staff was slow and only the matradee at the hibachi grill stood out as as good and the rest of the restaurant staff could have been brand new for all I know. In summary, I would never pay to go on the Breakaway again. I don’t if know if I’ll cruise again after this and that was my 9th cruise and cruising use to be my favorite type of vacation.

We were very pleased with our experience. I had several cruises prior, it was my companion first cruise, he was very happy and content with the trip. We will do other cruises and hope to have the same excellent experience.

All in all, this cruise was a relaxing, enjoyable experience. We would definitely cruise on the Norweign Breakway again.

We will never cruise with Norwegian again. We cruised as a family with our 20, 16, and 14 year old. Not much for them to do especially with water activities. All of the hot tubs were adult only. Of the 2 pools, 1 was adult only and the other was basically a kiddie pool. We paid for 2 cabins and Norwegian didn’t even make an attempt at locating them near each other. Each was on the extreme opposite ends of the ship and on different floors. So not family friendly. When I kindly mentioned it the didn’t seem to care and then they blamed the travel agent. Our precious cruise which was on Royal Caribbean was exactly the opposite as they were super family friendly and placed our rooms next to each other. Anyhow, if looking for a more family friendly cruise line with kind and accommodating staff, I would look to Royal Caribbean and not Norwegian.

I have been cruising for many years and I would recommend Norwegian to anyone!!! Love them!

Cant wait to book again. The scenery and amenities were more than we hoped for. Pool and certain bars closed too soon. Entertainment was a great time. More variety of music would be nice
