Review summary

We never received our onboard credit from cruise only.com. They no longer make towel animals in the rooms. Our room Steward did not make our room every day. And to top it all off there was no main show in the theater

Well, unfortunately, NCL and Royal as well both seem to only do the towel animals anymore if you ask them. Also have to ask for the ice bucket, and a few other things you used to automatically get. But just ask, most room stewards are happy to accommodate any requests, especially if you leave a few extra dollars here and there!
