Review summary

We booked a Haven Spa Suite and couldn't be happier with our decision. The customer service was fantastic and being able to skip a lot of the lines to get on and off the ship and book shows and dinner was 100% worth it.

Embarkation

We were in a Haven suite so we were granted access to a lounge with food and beverages prior to getting on the ship. We were the first group of guests to board the ship and were escorted to the Haven Lounge where we were handed more snacks and beverages. This made the morning of traveling to Miami fade away so we could begin enjoying our cruise as soon as we got through the terminal security.

I'm very jealous of the Haven but can you tell me why, when I've seen videos of the Haven's private sun decks, lounges, etc. that it looks like a ghost town. Out of the couple hundred Haven guests it seems only two or three actually hang out there on a nice sunny day. Where do they all go instead?

So glad you had a great cruise! We love the Haven! We have a suite booked for the Breakaway ....only 10 days to go! You get a whole different cruise experience when you stay in the Haven. It's pricey but definitely worth it. If I may ask who was the concierge?

Excellent time

Diva cruise fun

Food in specialty restaurants (Ocean Blue & Cagneys) was wonderful. Cruise overall was good, would ask for more entertainment as far as the shows are concerned. As a avid cruiser I am accustomed to atleast 3-4 shows per cruise.
