Review summary

This was our third time on the Norwegian Breakaway and we were, once again very pleased. As usual, the staff was very professional and courteous. The dining experience was exceptional, lunch at the Uptown Grill is always enjoyable. The entertainment was varied and well done, although in some venues the decibel levels were excessive, especially the theater and Spice H2O.

Onboard Activities

We were pleased and surprised that there was a Catholic Mass on the second Saturday of the cruise, but wish we had known that there was a priest on board at the beginning of the trip, we had inquired on the first day.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Although we enjoyed some of the outdoor evening entertainment at Spice H2O, the noise level was such that we could only stay for 10 minutes or so before it became intolerable.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was excellent, and our room stewardess, Maria Mackay, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Ship tip

Nerissa at the Garden Café makes the best crepes at sea, and is charming while doing it.
