Overall this was a great trip! We are planning more of them now!

As mentioned, the beginning of the cruise started out horribly because NCL’s transportation didn’t show up. However, once we got on the ship and started sailing, it was a great experience. The panama canal was awesome, and we had great weather throughout!

Over all great cruise. If you go be prepared for hot weather. Coolest it was after San Pedro was at 3am coming into Miami 78*

We were set to do Alaska with our kids in a year and a half, we will use a different cruise line. They do not cater well to familes woty 5-12 year olds we had an 8 and 10 year old.

Great experience overall except for chaotic long long disembarkation.

Everything was great until we got off the ship. Lady called us idiots! Not a great feeling to end a wonderful time!

Had an amazing time, with everything that is except for the kosher food, that was a disaster!. The ship did not even have the basics, (we left on a 5 day cruise, and all they showed on hand wes 5 kosher rolls, and even those werre "not available", ie, they showed on hand, but were not really on hand. Kosher food = try another ship / cruise line. Thge rest was pretty amazing. I felt bad for the assistant Matrede, who tried her best to accomodate. a rfeal gem.

It was our first cruise after cancelling 3 others due to various reasons including COVID. We had a great time but because the weather was so cold, most people spent their time indoors. So naturally we both came home with COVID. Not the cruise lines fault but just realize that the threat is still there.

We had mixed feeling about the Bliss as did many others we talked to. The Bliss has a nice lay out and has a relaxed atmosphere, but the communication and the app are poor and disappointing

We had the best time ever, even on a brief 5 day cruise. The NCL BLISS is a fantastic ship!

Having cruised on many different cruise lines. Norwegian would probably be my last choice at this point. As I mentioned previously customer service was severely lacking. having to move state rooms in the middle of our cruise was less than ideal. lack of advertisement for pre-planning. Everything was very frustrating. We really had nothing to do once we got on the cruise because there was no way to enjoy our “dining package”. We could not get a time slot to comedy show, or either of the onboard performances. Staff did not want to hear our complaints. This is not a Royal Caribbean experience.

Don’t book too many excursions. We did every port because of the deal ncl was offering. The ship is in good shape . Our room was nice, and a good size for 2 of us. We celebrated our anniversary, ncl or our travel agent recognized it nicely. Ncl is our preferred cruise line.

I don't like that the cruise advertising the race track and then finding out it is extra. I don't like that I was forced to buy open bar only to find out it doesn't include many drinks. Drinks seemed watered down and just not good. My boys that could not drink were charged for virgin drinks! I was so much more impressed with Carnival Panorma and paid a fraction of what I paid for bliss. BLiss was a MIss for me.

This cruise was so enjoyable. The ship was just beautiful and the good on every venue was truly delicious! Loved the entertainment.

Wish the rooms had better beds and sound proofing or at least soft close doors. We couldn’t get any sleep any of the nights and made us very tired during the days.

The staff was very impressive, looking for ways to help.

The whole cruise is a very good experience for us, especially for my wife because she is afraid of motion sickness. It turned out the ship is very steady and the weather is good at this time of the year.

It was a good cruise, but everyone wanted to sell something to you. It would be nice if there was less of that. Same pitches on every cruise I've been at (Art, Spa, Photography, Shops)

We really enjoyed the entertainment, unfortunately did not enjoy the dining room food as much ! The ship is big and beautiful great bars and they do a really good job with taking care of the nearly 4,000 guests !

We had a very relaxing time on board. You can do as much or as little was you want to do.
