Review summary

We had mixed feeling about the Bliss as did many others we talked to. The Bliss has a nice lay out and has a relaxed atmosphere, but the communication and the app are poor and disappointing

Embarkation

1 out of 5
This was the worst I have ever experienced, no organization, they have you request a check in time, but you end up standing in ridiculous Disney ride type line before you get into the terminal, Also Norwegian shuts down the App and the web page so you can't use them to check in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
a lot of hits and misses between food quality and service, the best was Cagney's.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Fitness center was okay, The Race Track was the best. never tried the Laser Tag what idiot only schedules during the Dining hours 6pm-9pm or 6pm -8pm? Jacuzzis were human soup always crowded unless in port,

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Stage shows and on board bands were top notch

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our Room steward Angelo was awesome. but other than that nothing memorable

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
we liked the lay out and décor, really enjoyed the observation deck, the Atrium seemed to be the place for most gatherings.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
the bed was comfy, bathroom was adequate. closet small, room was very narrow and a small balcony.

Ship tip

The ship lacks communication, and the info is NOT supplied. you have to spend too much time in guest services to make reservations or to find out how much and activity costs. The App is nearly useless other than making dinner reservations in the Main Dining Rooms.

Ports of call

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

4 out of 5
we did the 2 tank dive, saw the Sand Falls, a Seahorse and went around to the Pacific side, also many Eels, Sea Lions and others species of fish. Cabo Adventures Dive Team is Excellent

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very organized and efficient. Why can't they figure this out for embarkation?

Thanks for your review. You’re told to have online check in completed no less than 3 days prior to sailing, online check in option isn’t available at the pier you have to go to a separate desk to do it manually. By this stage the app has switched to ‘cruise’ mode where you can see/book dining and activities, view your onboard account etc.
