All in, I would rate this cruise very enjoyable. It was my birthday (on embarkation day) and the first time I'd cruised with someone else (all 5 of my previous NCL cruises were solo) - my best friend came with me, we booked separate balcony cabins across the hall from each other which was very convenient, especially for days when we just wanted to do our own thing. I spent a significant time in the Observation Lounge, it was one of my favorite spots on the ship - and it will be difficult to sail on another NCL ship that doesn't have one in the future! I did feel as though the nightlife was somewhat lacking, but that could have been due to the half capacity or that I was not looking in the right place. Having only 3 ports (one of which an early morning with early afternoon departure) felt as though we spent a lot of time on the ship, which to me is perfectly fine, but to others might not be preferable. I never felt claustrophobic, the Bliss is an absolutely beautiful ship with incredible entertainment and so much to see and do. No lack of bars, restaurants or places to just relax. I likely would not choose this specific itinerary again unless it includes another port of call, however I also live on the East coast so the flight and time difference can take a toll. All said and done, I'm very glad I chose this cruise and have many fond memories and gorgeous pictures from the Mexican Riviera.

Absolutely loved this cruise and this ship. As a matter of fact, taking this same ship to Alaska next May.

Guest services not great, my luggage had a wheel sheared off, and they gave me a hard time about it, asked me to go shopping in Port to replace it when I had excursions planned for each port, and tried to offer me $50 to replace it stating I misunderstood them, mind you I purchased the trip insurance through Norwegian. Despite that, and being overcharged in the spa (that was already significantly overpriced compared with other cruise lines) cruise was still very good. Food more than made up for it, and other than guest services desk, all customer service was excellent.

Just a nice relaxing cruise, this was only our second cruise since the pandemic, just wanted to sail.

This was my sixth NCL cruise, though my first cruise since the pandemic and I was happy to return. The crew are so delightful, the ship is lovely, and there are activities for everyone and all interests. Also, I felt very safe onboard, as NCL required masks while indoors.

The Bliss is a very nice ship and we really enjoyed our time on board. The port were diverse and had something to do for everyone. If we had the opportunity we would sail again next time to different ports. All in all a very good time on board the Bliss.

Appears we were overcharged on our last credit card statement., so sent the following message to what appeared to be the appropriate authority: Have been charged additional $3,840 on my card when I have receipt for only $3,398, a discrepancy of $442. Overall it was a very relaxing and enjoyable cruise. Food was good. The service was great. The ship was impeccably maintained. I’m looking forward to another cruise with NCL someday.

Bathrooms: They were clean. However, the toilets sensors were a hit or miss as well as the soap dispensers.

We went with 2 other long time friends and had a blast on this 16 day cruise. Ship was soo fun!

NCL has the best customer service at sea! This trip we found the specialty dinning was improved as well.

This cruise was very organized from embarkation to disembarkation. Impeccably clean. Made us feel safe (Covid)

This journey on Nowegian Bliss through the Panama Canal was far and away my best Cruise experience thus far. The Haven afforded me the opportunity for a quiet, peaceful and very comfortable trip. I enjoy the isolation a great deal. On vacation I appreciate the absolute freedom to be interactive with others on my own terms. This Cruise let me do that in an extraordinarily lovely setting with beautiful views of a beautiful world

Wonderful 16 day coast to coast Panama Canal cruise from Miami to Los Angeles. Numerous sea days made for a very relaxing vacation. The ship sailed at approximately 30% capacity and a crew to passenger ratio of 1 to 1, resulting in exceptional service and no lines for virtually anything. Due to the 100% vaccination requirements, time of year, and duration of the cruise, there were very few minor aboard - I heard there were 7. Truly the only downside of this cruise was the mandate to wear masks indoors or outdoors when social distancing could not be maintained. Additionally, masks were generally worn during all excursions and always worn on buses. Masks could be removed to eat and drink, so.....there was a lot of both.

An excellent trans-canal cruise. A couple of ports were dropped due to COVID. Cabo was our favorite port. The ship was a destination in itself, absolutely loved it.

Great cruise. We were spoiled. Loved to freestyle cruising.

Wonderful…lazy…relaxing…..fun…educational. We had looked forward to this cruise during Covid and was finally relieved to be aboard!

The crerw on the Bliss are very friendly. They always speak to you and seem happy to see you. Service was excellent. Food was very good. The Bliss is a great ship.
