I had a similar thing, but I knew it was the AquaPanna water I drank from my suite fridge. There was also a charge of 50$ which was for a previous excursion that was cancelled prior to the cruise and had a 50$ discount, which had to paid back. Some charges don't appear on the folio.

We had a similar experience. They did get back to us, maybe 30 days later. Could it be service charges?
