Bathrooms: They were clean. However, the toilets sensors were a hit or miss as well as the soap dispensers.

The testing process was a bit stressful; we did all the pretesting to the pretesting with that being said it took about 45 min. from start to finish with that part. Second part was being shuffled over to the main terminal to get our room keys and boarding. We entered the terminal and was greeted to more health questions and temp check, no problem just seemed redundant and more stress that was not needed. Very nice receptionist asked some basic questions then another employee inserted herself into our conversation and wanted a PCR test within 48 hrs. of arriving at the terminal. She went on to tell us that we would have to leave the terminal to go and get the required test before we could board the ship. She went down the line of host telling them what she had just told us and returned to us. This gave me a couple minutes to process what she had said to us so when she returned to us I informed her that we had the PCR test that she was demanding but that NCL did not require the test but recommended it and it was 96 hrs. prior not 48 hrs. She smuggle looked at me and asked where I got my information from and told her from the NCL web site, at that moment another lady "guessing a supervisor" told her to be quite and let these costumers on the ship.

Teppanyaki - Above Excellent, we have experienced this on multiple ships with NCL, but this was above and beyond Excellent.

Loved the clean air in the casino. Had a nice verity of slots, need to get the newest of new slots. Didn't see but a couple of hand pays.
Entertainment

Watched the Jersey Boys and it was good but not as good as I was hoping for. The other show SIX was cancelled. Watched a couple of the Beetles show and they were very good.
Service and Staff

Great service and staff. We had a problem with our Specialty dinning "we paid for two and only received one" this was pointed out when we went to be seated. We went down to the costumer service desk and explained to the representative but we couldn't find the correct contract that showed it because we had upgraded and had multiple contracts so we had to accept that we had lost out. We went back to our room and my wife found the correct contract and we went back to the Costumer service desk and spoke to another young lady and after explaining everything and showing her the contract she made a phone call and told us that they would contact us later if they could work it out. The next day we had a message to return the the Costumer service desk and pickup our new keys with the correct dinning package. The short of it is make sure you have everything documented.
No excursions, visited Cabo Wabo, always a party atmosphere. Beware, it's always happy hour there so drinks are two for one. We missed that and got charged double.
Did my own excursion: Played a round of golf at El Cid Golf and Country Club. Nice 27 hole course. They gave me a "Cruise" discount. $99.00 included driving range, cart, caddie, wife ride along no extra cost and 18 holes of golf.
