Review summary
Guest services not great, my luggage had a wheel sheared off, and they gave me a hard time about it, asked me to go shopping in Port to replace it when I had excursions planned for each port, and tried to offer me $50 to replace it stating I misunderstood them, mind you I purchased the trip insurance through Norwegian. Despite that, and being overcharged in the spa (that was already significantly overpriced compared with other cruise lines) cruise was still very good. Food more than made up for it, and other than guest services desk, all customer service was excellent.Embarkation
