Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Ocean Blue
Our 2nd specialty dinner. What a delicious, savory array of seafood. It all looked, smelled and was presented well. Small issue here and in other specialty restaurants, they have a $25 up charge for lobster😣. Seems to me that should be pointed out before or at time of reservation… my only axe to grind about the specialty dinners and they are still worth it!
La Cucina
Our first night specialty dinner and WOW is all we can say. We requested alfresco , evan though the temps were very chilly leaving LA. Well that did not stop this incredible Italian experience. Their everything is simply robust and full flavored. Watch out olive garden if these folks decide to move their restaurants to the land. Oh, one more special thank you, since it was chilly, they actually brought out warm fuzzy blankets for us to snuggle in while we dined. Kept them in our rooms the whole trip after. Just service beyond compare!
Cagney's Steakhouse
Best steak yet. Gotta live the Angus, and they do it so well here. The wine list is excellent as well. Be ready for a carnivorous delicious!
Le Bistro
Our 3rd night specialty dinner. Trey magnificence! Try the Escargot, it is only mind over matter and trust me it is spectacular! My mane dish was the veal, and this was no county fair breaded patty. This was the best piece of bovine i have aver had and that is saying a lot. Not sure how Chef did it but any steakhouse looking for advice needs to hire this person. Again the best beef steak ever!Thank you Chef!
